my children and I are extremely grateful to Belvoir and especially Tracy and Maureen for helping us move in to a lovely home. i was able to view the day after i rang to enquire and the application process was quick and I was helped at every step. there was always a point of contact and an answer to every query i had, however stupid or needy I was being. I would encourage any person potentially looking to rent to use Belvoir!

Using Belvoir to rent my property has made life so much easier. All the legal paperwork has been sorted as well as service provider changeovers. Tracy & Maureen in the Whitehaven office have been great, and when my last tenant moved on, they had a new tenant moved in within 3 weeks. Can't fault them. Thankyou.

Belvoir manage several properties for me and I have been very impressed with the service I have received. The staff are friendly and helpful, and I have been kept fully informed about what is happening during processes like a tenant leaving or a new tenant moving in.
