I was desperately in need of an apartment to rent, I'd visited a lot of agencies, and even when it was obvious that they had accommodation, they still refused renting to me. In the course of my search, I stumbled upon Belvoir's website, and I just did the routine thing of enquiring about a flat in the heart of the town, and I was invited for a viewing, I went and instantly fell in love with the place. I was really sceptical about the agency renting me the flat, but was shocked when she said if I liked it, then they would rent it to me. We started the procedure and I was given the keys after due checks were carried out and the deposit paid. To me, BELVOIR is outstanding, I am speaking from experience, to top it up, I'm enjoying my flat. If you need an agency without prejudice, then it's definitely BELVOIR you should be contacting.
