We used Susie at Meyers Blandford and honestly she was the best estate agent we have met. Her valuation of our house was spot on, and we quickly had an offer that matched her valuation. She demonstrated a clear understanding and appreciation of the merits of our house, and its location and encouraged us to trust that it was worth what she thought it was. And she was clearly right. She took time to explain how she worked and how the local market worked, and various strategies for pricing the house correctly. The brochure was great and exactly what we hoped for, with plenty of pictures on Rightmove and the option of a video tour, which she included as part of the package. With any queries we had she responded quickly, even if outside of 9-5. Her rate was very competitively priced and I think excellent value for money. Her communication is excellent; she kept us brilliantly aware of what was going on, and debriefed us after every visit. We were genuinely very well looked after and guided most expertly. We could honestly not ask for more from an estate agent, and recommend her most highly – an absolute gem.
