Terrible communication and any questions spark shady, unanswered responses. Getting a viewing with this agent is like trying to draw blood from a stone. Avoid if wanting to rent! We called about a property within ten minutes of it being listed and have been refused a viewing. We did all the things we apparently needed which was to email over some questions (none of which the questions mention income amount and you would think that might be important!) I called and spoke to a snobby young woman who could not give me a straight answer as to why it was so difficult to arrange the viewing. Ended up emailing again with our income which far exceeded the required amount, no response. Emailed for an update: no response. Absolutely zero reason for refusing us a viewing when we called so quickly. Just seems like a data farming hub. We thought the rent price was too good to be true! Avoid. Definitely don’t bother calling if you see a property you like! We are realising that all estate agents have pretty much zero empathy and are chronic liars when it comes to people who are really just wanting to move home. Zero personalised help, farm your data and just want to look like they’ve done work for the day to their boss, helping nobody at all find somewhere new to live.

Disastrous. Worst experience ever! Unfortunately Martin's "manage" the tenanted flat above me where the bathroom was in a very bad state. In July I reported leaks into my bathroom and bedroom. Martin's sent a decorator to my flat who made a note of the redecoration which would be carried out when the leaks were solved. In September, when their bathroom floor was lifted, the leaks increased unbelievably, pouring water into my bedroom & bathroom, causing bedroom & bathroom ceiling repairs, bedroom redecoration, bathroom re-plastering, and re-tiling, etc. Upon being advised of the disastrously increased water leaks, Martin's (a five minute walk from the block) not only refused to view the damage, but suddenly changed their mind and advised that the water did not come from their flat above! Although obvious, a building surveyor has confirmed the route of the leak - and even advised that the water would have continued down into the flat below me - it has!

Terrible communication. Booked a viewing of a flat for sale. Noticed it was suddenly off the market, after a couple of hit and miss phone calls where no one seemed sure, I find today it is off the market. Would be nice to know viewing wasn't happening and property not available.
