The warm fuzzy feeling you should get when buying a home, quickly turned to being a chore. Until I met Kate from Curchods, Weybridge on around my 28th viewing. She gave me hope... I cannot speak highly enough of my experience — Kate was such a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. What truly set Kate apart was her soft, gentle, and personal approach. After viewing 34 properties and dealing with 9 different agents, Kate was in a league of her own. She made what can often be a stressful and impersonal process feel genuinely human and considered. Her calm professionalism, attentiveness, and sincere care made a lasting impression. Kate wasn’t just selling a property — she was guiding me through a major life decision with empathy and insight.
