Having dealt with Grant in the past ,I got a couple of valuations from other estate agents on my property and quickly realised that one was over valuing the property to get the listing and the other could simply not understand the uniqueness of the property and showed very little self-belief in selling it at at it’s market value. Ellyshia was the assigned sales negotiator who did the viewings and Kate did a couple as well. Both were superb. Ellyshia was , process driven and provided prompt feedback after each viewing. There were a few problems that delayed the sale due to issues further down the chain and frustratingly ,the buyers solicitor using delaying tactics. Ellyshia was resilient and liaised with everyone from chasing solicitors and estate agents down the chain .She demonstrated remarkable tenacity to ensure that the property sale concluded on the revised date .
