I am a Chartered Accountant and my husband and I fell for the company's charm and customer service but have been taken along for a ride. Please take the time to read the negative reviews before engaging with this business. There are alot of positive reviews on here but notice that none of these people have gone through the process of trying to sell their property which we have! From our experience the property buying company are an intermediary with a large network of property investors and will string you along with signed contracts and surveyors and estate agents visiting your house, leading you to believe that they will sell your house for you until the very last minute! What a truly awful company...they even go so far as to report negative reviews on Trustpilot!
