Getting a buyer and the sale went through very smoothly. I achieved a price beyond what I had expected and the normal local estate agents had suggested, even with the fees paid. I was kept up to speed along the way by friendly and approachable staff. I had been worried as to who I was dealing with as I initially followed an internet link, and you just never quite know what will happen! .
