Rest assured, the reason we ask for more details is not just to say it to everyone, it's actually to find out more detail about the situation. Not everyone's names on review platforms match exactly what we have in the system and we deal with hundreds of people on a daily basis, so as you can imagine, it can be quite hard to find people unless more details are provided. It appears like this happened back in September 2022, so we've tried to find out everything we can about it, but we've had a bit of a re-shuffle internally since and the person who was dealing with your case is no longer with us. In your specific situation it appears like we had several issues highlighted within the survey that just meant the property didn't value up to what we originally had hoped it would - so when the independent RICs survey came back, we had to adjust our offer in line with that. It's unfortunate and we're really sorry about that, but our offer is always subject to the survey lining up with our valuation.
