Having never really rented before and hearing horror stories about Lettings Agents, I was somewhat trepidatious before beginning my tenancy. I needn’t have worried. From the moment I stepped into the office Domenica and Danielle guided me through the process and were helpful, courteous and did everything to ensure that the process went without a hitch. I cannot recommend Belvoir Weston enough. Although I understand a Letting Agent’s primary responsibility is to the Landlord, you are never made to feel that way. Domenica is so good at managing Landlord’s expectations that if I ever needed to report a problem, this was solved very expeditiously and communication was excellent. The same can be said when my tenancy came to an end. Good communication and no issues with return of deposits. I would highly recommend Belvoir from a tenant’s perspective and wish D & D much future success! Emma
