Heather was my first property manager and I knew I could rely on her for solving anything that I brought to her and any queries I had were acted on very quickly. Becky then took over as my property manager and she was just as efficient and very helpful! My review concerns Martin and Co putting my property onto the market. The two people I have had direct contact with are Luke and Louisa. Luke was very enthusiastic about the flat and some of its key features. He clearly set out what the housing market was like and the range of publicity he would use to market my property. He wrote and sent an email promptly after his initial visit which gave me confidence concerning their service. When the flat was ready for photography, Louisa then made contact. She was punctual for the agreed time and ran through a few details with me before taking the pictures and the video of the flat. Throughout, her communication style was both very professional and friendly, also reflected in her email communications with me. What I also appreciated from Luke and Louisa was their adaptability in response to some of my wider marketing questions and my humour. They left only when I was completely comfortable with the next stage(s) of marketing. We're off to a great start and I will be very happy if the rest of the team match the complete professionalism and friendliness I have experienced so far. Thank you both.
