I have dealt with multiple different letting agent companies, and so far Martin & Co are the best! They have been incredibly efficient in every way, they have also been the kindest and most helpful agents I have dealt with. As an extra pro; the referencing company they use for all of their checks is also the quickest and most hassle free I have experienced. I couldn’t recommend Martin & Co enough !!

From the initial phone call to the viewing, Kerri was professional yet friendly throughout. She was informative and able to answer any questions I had whilst leading me to through the property. On time for our viewing and left a clear line of communication for any further queries.

The inventory was detailed, the mindful and proactive communication of the staff has built a solid foundation for our tenancy.
