Awful experience with Martin and Co. I was in contact with the branch looking for a property, I viewed one property which I was told I would hear back who the landlord picked. 5 days later I heard nothing so I sent over an email which never got a response. I called up and spoke to a woman on the phone which lied and told me they tried contacting me and also left me a message. It’s a shame I don’t know the lady’s name or I would have named and shamed. She was argumentative on the phone when I told her no one left me a message as this would have been received as they had contacted me many times previous to this which surprisingly got through. I applied for another property, I got a call and a different lady openly admitted I was archived when I explained they should have had all my details as I’ve spoke to them multiple times. Never got another call or email back after this. I would also like to make everyone aware that is a property comes up for Queensway in Warminster, I would advise to stay clear as your life’s will become hell due to the neighbours.
