From the moment we first phoned about a market appraisal, we felt like we were the only house they had on the market - we quickly were contacted by almost the whole team for different things: Tanya for a MASTERCLASS market appraisal where her enthusiasm for property and selling became infectious to us - we genuinely also felt excited by the time she left, Louisa for her professional approach to taking our beautiful pictures and house tour, Lewis for a managerial check-in, Kieran for various viewings he had proactively sought from his client base (clearly a man who knows his clients, as the first person he matched for us, offered!) We affectionately renamed the branch ‘Kieran & Co’ as he seems to always answer the phone when we call and brought all the viewings to our house too.
