What does it take to get these people off your back? They don’t understand subtleties and even when you say you will get back to them once a difficult and stressful family situation was over, they continue to send text after text and the same with emails. They do not listen to the potential client and will do anything to get a sale, even if that means way over valuing your property. Would advise anyone to avoid if they don’t want to be continually harassed.

The Greasby Branch is very poor to say the least. They showed all the wonderful statistics of how they are the best. As soon as I signed the agreement it all changes, sales executive that was given to us (Jess) was useless and got one viewer the time it was with them. So the first day we put it on the market with another estate agent we get a call from Noah saying we were in breach of contract, why you may ask? Jess had not entered anything on the system.
