Cant fault the service provided by the staff at Karl Tatlers Greaby branch with our recent property sale. From start to finish we were kept well informed at all stages the sale, with Ellie helping us negotiate through the sale agreements when needed. Our property was empty, so after the initial Valuation, we handed the keys to the girls at the Greasby branch and they handed all viewings on our behalf. Once the Sale price was agreed, they acted as mediators for both ourselves and the buyer, to finalise completion of outstanding works, even helped organise a meeting of both parties, to ensure complete transparency prior to exchange of contracts. Excellent service and would thoroughly recommend to prospective vendors.
