Really impressed with the service from the West Kirby branch of Tatlers. Our initial dealings were with Chris the manager who was great and then the day to day dealings have largely been with Kate. Kate has been fabulous from the start. Showed real enthusiasm in relation to the properties and constantly gave us ideas on how to make them more appealing to sell - much appreciated as the market has been slow and unpredictable at times. Kate always kept in touch with updates and suggestions which was really appreciated. All the staff we dealt with in the branch have been efficient and helpful too.. Mark, Hannah and Vicky to name a few. I’d thoroughly recommend this branch if you’re thinking of buying or selling.. you’ll be in good hands.

Macy was absolutely fantastic throughout both the sale of our home and our onward purchase. We had a very good experience with Karl Tatler West Kirby Office , we found the team professional and polite. We had lived in our house for over 30 years, the thought of moving was daunting. We needed advice on how to begin the process. Mark and Chris were approachable, they listened to our concerns. Mark organised viewings and kept us informed throughout. He was on hand to answer any questions. We also appreciated the support and updates from Louise in the Progression team. We highly recommend the West Kirby team.

Mark Cannell the Sales Negotiator at Karl Tatler was fantastic from start to finish helping me to sell my Fathers house after he passed away. Mark found a buyer within a couple of viewings and communicated effectively throughout the lengthy probate process, I would definitely recommend their services and would use them again. My only criticism is that once your house has received an offer it is then passed onto a different team so the original negotiator is no longer your main point of contact but I think this is now standard practice across all agents, it wouldn’t put me off using them again just something to be aware of.
