Our experience with Paramount was amazing from our first enquiry. Dexter was incredibly accommodating at finding a time for our viewing that worked around our difficult schedules meaning we could view the property as soon as possible and we fell in love with it immediately. He was super quick at communicating our offer form and clear on all our costs and the journey with paramount. We chose a property that had furniture that we did not require and so agreed we could pay to put it in storage - Dexter was so incredibly kind in letting us know that this year they would instead like to donate the cost of the storage to Macmillan Cancer Support - the charity that I work for. This was a really heartwarming gesture and shows how personable Paramount is. We were then passed over to Janki who was so incredibly thorough with all the steps for our move (as an overly organised person with OCD tendencies this made the entire process so much less stressful for me). I cannot fault anything so far with Paranount. The perks we receive as well are such a wonderful addition and really shows that Paramount genuinely care about their clients getting the most from their experiences. We’re certain we will always use Paramount for as long as we live in an area that they cover and would love to one day purchase our first property through them.

The whole Paramount team are great and we are very pleased they manage our properties. A special mention goes to Tash Hearn for all of her hard work, day to day, making sure that the properties stay in good condition to the benefit of the tenants. Thank you also to the finance team for their regular statements, supporting us throughout the year and particularly when it comes time to reconcile everything for tax return completion, and also to the lettings team that give us good advice to get properties rented quickly and at fair value. The service that Paramount delivered was truly phenomenal. They are extremely responsive, polite and proactive. They handled all of our enquiries with care and dilligence and I genuinely believe that they go the extra mile to ensure that customers are completly satistfied. I very rarely recommend estate agents to family and friends but paramount as a company have left me feeling compelled to recommending them far and wide.

Paramount have been a breath of fresh air so far after a stressful experience renting elsewhere for the last couple of years, I would highly recommend using them. They take care in helping you move everything across with utilities etc, and Oliver and Katie and the team have been great at every step of the way. They really put in extra effort and care into everything they do. We are looking forward to the rest of our renting experience. Update: we rented with Paramount for 18 months and were very sad when we left for a bigger place. The property was managed by Tash and they were so attentive to issues, we have rented 4 flats in the local area and I can safely say that Paramount is the best service of all local estate agents for property management. The experience of reporting and dealing with issues was stress free and repairs very prompt - and that is very rare for London rentals.

Andrew and Janki have been AMAZING from the moment we first contacted Andrew. Professional and still have a side to them that is very personal, it has made our experience so lovely and we are even more excited to move into our new home! They were super thorough and have made it very easy for us to handle documentation and understand what is required from our end. Given the pandemic has caused lots of changes in the way things are done, Paramount have made it so that most process is digital and socially distanced when viewing the property. Just an overall great experience given we viewed and picked up keys within a week! We were kept fully informed of progress on our application as well.
