Dear Ahmad, Thank you for your review and I am pleased to see the process with my colleague Nicola was smooth and that Nicola was responsive during the process. It is however unfortunate that you felt the property was not cleaned to a standard.The property was professionally cleaned by the previous tenant and the landlord arranged further cleaning after his contractors had completed their work. I understand there were some omissions with the cleaning and we have offered to invite cleaners to the property. I understand moving homes can be a stressful time, we are here to support all our tenants and to ensure tenant are satisfied.
