I have just spend one year with Cameron EA, my tenancy was about to end, as soon as it was running out I have been contacted by Esmerelda Diergaardt, she was very helpful with everything. She provided me every information I needed and also helping with new tenancy agreement. Contact was good emails/phone calls, fast responses and answers for all questions.

Charley Murray is a very rare commodity in todays service industry: she’s a diamond in the mud. You’ll never find more under-qualified and overpaid people in any business than exist in the estates, but Charley is the mold-breaker, and Praise the Lord she works at Cameron’s. She’s learned that success isn’t about dodgy wiring and dripping taps, and some grumpy geezer with a pocketful of screwdrivers; it’s about people. The estates industry, as everybody knows, is an industry reeking of wretched service by staff who don’t listen, can’t be bothered and couldn’t care less, but Ketan Taylor has excelled himself and found a number who stand above the norm. And Charley stands above them all! Always listens to a problem, thinks about a solution (Get that, people? THINKS!) and works out what to do next. If I want to do what’s best in any sitch, I just ask Charley for her opinion, and go with that. Always works. Whenever I need info about how much I spent on a property in 2018, I’ll ask Charley. If I’m having trouble connecting with anyone else in the office, just leave it to Charley. If a repair company gets out of line, I ask Charley to give them a piece of my mind, and magically a better, cheaper, more logical solution bobs up to the surface. I’ve been served exceptionally well for four years by Ketan and his crew at Cameron’s, and I’m delighted to have to thank Charley for her key role in their success. Nothing’s ever been too much trouble for her, she’s already gone the extra mile before she needed to, there’s always warm chat and witty repartee, and for me, Ms Murray is simply the dog’s. If she ever goes on The Apprentice, I know I’m in deep doodles and so are Cameron’s, because she won’t becoming back. Usual disclaimers: until I discovered Cameron’s, I didn’t know Charley Murray from a packet of chewing gum.
