Your property has been affected by a leak, which was addressed urgently by Cameron, and both yourself and your partner were kept up to date with the progress of the planned repairs. We have also offered you another larger property within the same block to temporarily move in to, as well as organised a tradesman to help you move your belongings to the new apartment. You have accepted this offer. Cameron have been very proactive and accommodating to your needs throughout this process and our communication with yourself and your partner was always totally professional.
