My experience is mind-blowing as I'm still in shock at how simple they are. I can't forget my first day in their office, that morning I met Mr KETAN TAILOR who received me warmly and was open in every sense, such reception is rare. Mr Ketan is kind and he gave me great support all through the processes. Most importantly to me, he's a man of his word! Before I popped into their office that morning which was my very first encounter, my trust in letting agents was quite fragile due to a few disappointments but Ketan was different- he is straightforward! I'm still grateful to God and my guidance angel who ordered my steps to him that morning. Communication was fast and smooth all through the processes, I could not be more satisfied. I don't know if it would have been different with someone else that morning. To be honest, I can't recommend him and the agency enough x
