I have reviewed our records, as well as discussed the process of your deposit’s return with the dedicated Portfolio Manager and can confirm that the deductions proposed against your deposit were supported by the independent checkout report. This included the cleaning of the property and compensation due to the landlord for damage you caused to the property, which you agreed to. The communication between yourself and the Portfolio Manager was swift and you came to a mutual agreement within two days. You chose not to refer the matter to TDS for independent adjudication. I do also note, that you were unavailable when we tried contacting you to validate your details and only responded to our calls and emails nearly two weeks later, which caused the delay in you receiving the funds.
