You have accepted responsibility for the extensive damage you caused to the property and the cleaning charges. It’s a shame that you did not approach Cameron directly with your concerns but choose to resort to Social Media. I take exception to your suggestion that you have not been treated fairly. The all-female and diverse Property Management team at Cameron have always gone the extra mile to assist you in every way possible, as Cameron do with all customers of this Agency. For example, one of my property managers attended site to assist you moving items from the ground floor to your apartment as you were unable to and asked for help. A really good example of Cameron going the extra mile. You have often been very aggressive and rude to members of my team who are simply trying to help you. All telephone calls are recorded and Cameron have cctv in the office with audio and visual recoding capability. Upon review, I have not found a shred of evidence to support your suggestion. Your personal attack on my staff and unfounded accusations are not helpful or in any way true My team are trained property professionals trying to always offer first class customer service to all customers as witnessed by the hundreds of 5 star reviews received to date. Please note, a customer who left a negative review of a legal firm on the Trust Pilot website has been ordered to pay £25,000 in libel damages.
