It is unfortunate that you have felt that you have had no other recourse to reach us than to revert to posting your complaints online. It is furthermore regrettable that you did not exhaust the remedies under Cameron’s complaint procedure and appropriately address your concerns to the relevant individual within the Company. Should you have not felt that your matter was adequately remedied you have further recourse by way of a complaints procedure to the Property Ombudsman who will consider the correspondence sent and received between the parties and the steps taken by this Company in trying to remedy the issues which you have raised.
