I wrote million of emails but enevr got even an acknowledgement from agency. At the end landlord issued a retaliation section 21 which was pretty much confirmed as such on a call to agency. As she admited to me it was her mistake and that suddenly became system error in email to landlord Scott kept sending me viewing reminders after i left even after i threatened with gdpr action as I was not remoced from db.
