As a landlord you are always going to question the monthly fees. However the sense of security I now have as a result of the professional management of my property can not be overstated. The rent is collected promptly, regular property inspections are undertaken and they provide me with photos of the current condition. Any maintenance issues have been handled quickly and efficiently. More than happy with the service I have received.
