After looking at numerous properties Spencer and the team at Whitegates West Derby were miles apart from anyone in terms of professionalism, service and communication. Spencer`s service was second to none, he couldn`t do much more to help me with everything. Electronic DocuSign and online snagging reporting were great and easy to use. Would recommend to anyone!

We met Gail Roberts and her team in Whitegates, West Derby by chance as we were looking to sell the house we had been renting out for a number of years. In complete contrast to the managing agent we had been using (Entwistle Green in Maghull, part of the Countrywide group), Gail was genuine, straightforward and very helpful. It was a pleasure (and a change) to deal with a highly competent and professional business. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, communication was maintained on a regular basis and the sale of the house was completed efficiently, without any fuss or stress. Highly recommended, whether you’re selling your own house or whether you’re a landlord wishing to use a professional lettings agency. We just wish that we’d come across her business sooner.

They were particularly helpful in dealing with the aftermath of a devastating flood I had in my property. The staff are friendly and helpful and, in my recent dealings, Melanie has been very prompt and efficient in responding to e-mailed queries.
