I am with Whitegates for a couple of years now and to be honest i had my issues with staff who were disrispectful,ignorant..... and after I met Katie who changed my view on the company or mostly give my lost trust back in humanity ,professionalism,empathy....I had the luck to meet this young lady ,who is Dear management... a real credit to your company and no suprise if she continues the attitude towards the job as sge acted with my case she should be in a higher position in a very short time or getting noticed by other companies.Well done and i cant thank you enough Katie to looking after me

Excellent service so it was easy to find a house to purchase. Lydia was very professional, friendly and understanding of problems that arise during buying process. Also James showed the house and his communication was very impressive he answered all the queries .

Katie was dealing with our property and the move in of it she was very helpful and always there to help with any problems even problems that aren't something she would deal with she has always been 100% to help us no matter of the situation I would recommend whitegates to family and friends now after my experience with Katie she is a lovely young lady Thank you again Katie for all your help am sure your manager appreciates all your hard work as much as I do .

I have been with Whitegates since January this year I have a very positive experience The staff have been patient and kind when dealing with our house sale which has not been plain sailing to say the least Bernie , Matty James and Freya have all been on the end of the phone I would just like to praise our allocated salesperson Lydia Wilson who has done a brilliant job and we would like to give her. 5 star rating. She has gone above and beyond to help us and keep us calm She is professional and open and honest which is what we needed in this journey It’s not over yet but I hope the rest is a smooth transition Thank you Lydia
