Nothing prepared us for the stress, shock and horror we faced with our previous agent (Cheapmoov) who left our property in disrepair and utterly mis-managed our property. We got to a point where we just wanted to get rid of the property because of the whole situation. We had sleepless nights. I contacted a few agents who weren't exactly helpful but when I contacted Whitegates I wasn't expecting the exceptional level professionalism, support and genuine kindness we received from the whole team. They took on the whole nightmare and turned it around. We have peace of mind and can now literally put our feet up. My advice to anyone trying to get an agent is to be aware that there are some hyenas and vultures out there. We have been fortunate to find a fantastic team in 'Whitegates West Derby' that actually know what managing a property is all about.
