I have recently started working with Belvoir and wish I had done it a lot sooner. From a property owner's point of view I highly recommend you give them a try. They are professional, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, resourceful and understanding. They get what needs to be done and find that middle ground that keeps both landlords and tenants happy. I trust their judgement and feel confident they have our best interests at heart. I came to them with a whole load of problems and they just took them off my hands and dealt with them. I can't thank them enough.

Over that course of time I`ve lived in two flats and I was more than happy with the flats and Belvoir in every respect!! A massive thank you to Adam, Elaine, Catherine, and Alex! Couldn`t ask for better or more friendly or helpful staff, more like friends!!! The flats aswell were so reasonably priced and I had absolutely no issues at all, but loved my time in them!! Only left Belvoir as I have bought my own place, but defo sad to leave the flats and sad to leave Belvoir! I cannot praise them enough, I would forget the rest and go with the best BELVOIR!! We have used Belvoir several times previously to let our house out over the past 5 years when we have been living overseas, without doubt they fully deserve the tag as the best letting agency in the village of West Derby, Adam and his staff get the job done in a thorough professional manner, you cannot ask for anything more than that! It came as no surprise to us that they were named this year as the best letting agency in all of Liverpool. When your living 12000 miles away you need assurance about these matters and that's what we feel we have.

I had to leave my home after 17 years as the landlord wanted to sell due to a change in her circumstances. I was not looking forward to finding a new home and was quite disheartened with the properties on offer with other letting agents. I went to view a property (with Laura) but found it too small but very nice. Laura recommended other properties, which I viewed almost immediately (with Laura and Alex) and found my new home within a matter of days. I was very happy with the service provided. We are really happy with the service we receive from Belvoir West Derby. They take the hassle out of letting our apartment. We have had 2 tenants now and both were found in super fast time. I always receive a professional, friendly service when I contact the office. Would definitely recommend to others.

As a tenant with Belvoir I have always had good experiences. I would recommend them to family and friends and in fact have already done so. They do charge fees pre and post tenancy but as the saying goes you DEFINITELY get what you pay for as the service is always quality. All the staff are courteous, honest, forthcoming and proactive. I say this because prior to taking out a property all terms and expectations regarding how the property should be returned are clear. Furthermore during the lease term communication with them is timely, informative and non intrusive. I consider myself to be a trustworthy person, and even after I had handed the keys back I was able to visit the property once or twice to collect a parcel that had been delayed in the post outlining that Belvoir understand that relationships are built on trust! All in all I would say a big thank you is well deserved. Keep up the good work

Belvoir have been by far the best Letting Agents that i have dealt with so far - the property i Rented was top quality, communications with Catherine and the team in West Derby were first class and they have been extremely helpful throughout my tennancy I would highly recommend Belvoir to friends and family that may be looking for property

Since moving the management of my property to Belvoir West Derby in the summer of 2012 I have been more than impressed with the personal, yet very professional manner of the office. Having had a previous bad experience with a lettings agency prior to moving to Adam and his colleagues, I am relieved to be in the hands of an agency that, so far, really have taken all the worry out of letting my property. They are quick to act, keep me in the loop and have been fantastic in getting my property quickly let.
