Can't fault the excellent service we received from the team at Curchod's in West Byfleet - notably Dan, Mark, Paul and Ruth. Selling a home is never a joy, especially when it's a Probate sale and in challenging market conditions. But Dan and the team at Curchods worked very hard to market the property and make the whole process feel relatively painless. A nice touch was that all of the team visited the property so that they could all speak confidently and knowledgeably to potential buyers. This led to to an offer in a relatively short timescale (given the slow market and nature/condition of the property). And they were then very efficient in supporting the sale through to Completion in a quite ambitious timeframe. Definitely recommended +++++
