We asked Curchods in West byfleet to sell my mother's house. They were very proactive in finding us a buyer who to be honest is perfect. From Marketing to offer only took 10 days. Even though our sale and purchase was fairly straightforward there were other aspects of the chain which proved challenging. Throughout all of it up to and beyond exchange everyone was professional, easily approachable and very patient as at times it did become quite stressful. Balgores wasn’t my first choice as other agents had promised me a dedicated service at less cost which was not forthcoming. Moving to Michael K and team was a refreshing change.
