Our house sale fell through after 5 months with another agent. We then turned to Curchods who within 1 week had visited the property to take photos and measurements. Within 1 day of the property going live we had 3 booked viewings. We then had 3 offers out of those 3 viewings. All the offers were at or just below asking price .
