We haven’t dealt with the West Bridgford team as much as the previous derby team, a few problems with the derby team but I think that was due to the offices closing so it was difficult for the team to help most of the time! But the Nottingham team has been fab, fast communications, updated regularly, always polite on the phone and in person! I’m sure if we ever move again or buy and it’s a Belvoir property we will have the same service! Great customer service from a friendly team. The Staff in the West Bridgford branch were very helpful and professional dealing with the queries we had. Would recommend them over a couple of other estate agents in the area who we had a couple of issues with. Belvior were far more helpful.
