We haven’t dealt with the West Bridgford team as much as the previous derby team, a few problems with the derby team but I think that was due to the offices closing so it was difficult for the team to help most of the time! But the Nottingham team has been fab, fast communications, updated regularly, always polite on the phone and in person! I’m sure if we ever move again or buy and it’s a Belvoir property we will have the same service!
