I think that Susan and Michael acted with fairness and respect at all times. Sometimes, in awkward situations, they tried and successfully looked after everybody's interests. They answered any queries I had promptly and when required arranged for necessary maintenance without quibble. During the time they were in control of the property I also felt secure that they were looking to do the best they could.
