Kennedy at Belvoir WB guided us through the process from viewing (remote and in person) to getting the keys for our flat which we rent with them, and has been extremely helpful throughout! She has helped alleviate a lot of stress which comes with the renting process, and we are now very happy with our new home. They even gave us a move-in goodies box which was very nice.
