Whitegates West Derby Estate provides excellent service. The colleague, Ms. Caitlin Suleyman, is decent and professional. It was a time of transition due to sudden departure of other colleague and she picked up the case and follow up promptly. I was frustrated with a serious issue and she and the team solved efficiently. They are always reliable and take the responsibility to facilitate between the vendor and buyer and the solicitor firm. All the requests and inquiries are handled timely and they are always considerate. I am pleased to recommend Whitegates to my friends.

After looking at numerous properties Spencer and the team at Whitegates West Derby were miles apart from anyone in terms of professionalism, service and communication. Spencer`s service was second to none, he couldn`t do much more to help me with everything. Electronic DocuSign and online snagging reporting were great and easy to use. Would recommend to anyone!

We met Gail Roberts and her team in Whitegates, West Derby by chance as we were looking to sell the house we had been renting out for a number of years. In complete contrast to the managing agent we had been using (Entwistle Green in Maghull, part of the Countrywide group), Gail was genuine, straightforward and very helpful. It was a pleasure (and a change) to deal with a highly competent and professional business. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, communication was maintained on a regular basis and the sale of the house was completed efficiently, without any fuss or stress. Highly recommended, whether you’re selling your own house or whether you’re a landlord wishing to use a professional lettings agency. We just wish that we’d come across her business sooner.

I've been using this branch of Whitegates as a landlord for a few of years now and I have been impressed by their service and professionalism. They were particularly helpful in dealing with the aftermath of a devastating flood I had in my property. The staff are friendly and helpful and, in my recent dealings, Melanie has been very prompt and efficient in responding to e-mailed queries.
