Having dealt with Spencer and Rebecca I can say that Whitegates West Derby has a professional and very dedicated team. Spencer was very helpful and did his best to facilitate the process. After moving in, I’ve had few questions and points to report which Rebecca got sorted. 5 stars.

Whitegates west Derby have gone above and beyond their call of duty in helping me and my family secure a tenancy for my disable daughter , we were helped greatly and navigated through the process with such professionalism , enthusiasm and kindness by James O’conner and Kelly Millward nothing was too much trouble for the them ,they were so fast to respond to any queries or concerns that we had and came up with all the solutions , both James and Kelly are nothing short of outstanding and I can’t praise them enough for what they have done for us ! A truly dedicated team , they really know their business and are a credit to the company , with the experience that we had I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Whitegates West Derby to anyone needing an agent to deal with a property matter and with James and Kelly they couldn’t be in better hands ! 10/10 , superb ! Megan Davies helped my partner and I with sorting a mortgage for our first home. While the process is not yet completed, the service so far has been excellent. Had a great time in a viewing today wih one of the agents Joseph Harding. Although he appeared misleadingly younger on age from other agents, he proved to be quite a salesman! Professional, responsive to my comments, understood my concerns about the property and took the extra mile to explain additional services the agency offered. I am sure he will be running his own office/branch in a few years. Very pleased and extra stars for the personalised service! Go LJMU Alumni!
