At the start of 2022 Shakeel took over as the property manager for my let property. I had had a number of assorted issues with the property over several months, which involved several tradespeople to diagnose and rectify. Shakeel has behaved in an exemplary manner throughout in making sure that all works were carried out promptly. He has likewise always kept me informed and been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Two of Shakeel's many strong points are empathy with the landlord (particularly as I live some 70 miles from the property), and superb communication skills. I would recommend him unreservedly. I recently had an appliance fire at my property reported to me in my absence. I called Hassan at Grey and Co who went beyond the call of duty and was at the property within a few minutes. He assessed the situation, quickly called me back to update me and sent photographs. I would thoroughly recommend Hassan and Grey and Co.
