She is amazing, very professional, gets things sorted or acts on the matters immediately and always communicates and provides updates till it is dealt with. Grey & Co and has been managing my flat for the last 20 years. I found the agency employees very efficient and organised in dealing with my property, Carina and her team is in charge of managing and organising the various maintenance people and make sure everything run smoothly but also to keep me informed of things are moving forward.
