We have been a customer of Grey & Co since 2012 and we must say all the staff are very professional and cooperative; especially when taking care of their fellow customers, sometimes just beyond the expectations. Whenever you have any problems the staff always do their best to resolve it as nicely as they can with minimum time frame. I have recently been experiencing with, Ms Carina Wesley, maintenance manager who is extremely helpful person, She helped us in our queries and resolved the issues in a record time. I was really happy with the good customer service, specially from the Denise. She was really helpful and really friendly. She was updating each and everything, which was really helpful towards me. She treated me just like a family and never made me feel that I was her customer. No Matter what time and what questions i ask her she always stood by and answered my question even if it was not related to property i want to say a big thank you to Denise. The 5-star is for the property manager who managed my flat - Carina. While there were some minor struggles and issues with the flat when I moved in, everything just got instantly fixed through a painless experience as soon as Carina took over. She was always available, even at nights and on weekends for emergency help when I'd got locked out. She's been very responsive, helpful and willing to talk through and understand the situation and provide the appropriate assistance, even when I was moving out.
