SHAME ON YOU ELLIS AND CO The worst estate agent I have even been in contact with, if you do decide to let your property out to them consider going to a psychiatric hospital. I have called Ellis and co on multiple occasions in regards to a property they have let on the residential road that I currently live on. A man called 'Catalan' refuses to speak to anyone on them phone, brushes off concerns and outright lies about call backs. I asked the question 'Did you ever inspect the property concerned' Hes Reply 'No not in a while' Clearly not. The state of the property is shameful there has been multiple attacks on this property that Ellis & Co have been 'managing' As shown in the picture the top center window has been smashed, this was caused by a brick being thrown at it early hours of the morning. the rear patio door of the property has been smashed and also the interior of the property is infested with rodents and vermin. BUT Ellis & Co are managing the property! The occupants of this property have caused massive drama on this quiet residential road for over 14 months, if was like living outside a nightclub. BUT Ellis & Co have a contract they cannot break, Really? You cannot break a contract of Cayenne agreement? There are clauses in agreements and contracts that the agent can terminate if they would like, but I believe that Ellis and co don't care at all as they see ££ in there bank account due to the rent they charge to these companies that they rent the houses to, When there are over 30 police visits to a property, damaged windows, front doors, rear doors doesn't this mean that someone should intervene and speak to the tenants? As I am a portfolio landlord I am aware of companies who offer a higher than market rate due to the type of people that will be housed, however Ellis and co have admitted not inspecting the property, no regular visits and this is the outcome. A property which requires a full refurbishment, weeks of repair, neglect from the agents, and the cost will be sent to the landlord. Shame on you Ellis & Co

Dear Mr. Williams, Thank you for your message. Unfortunately you are not aware of the full facts about the said property and I am not in a position to tell you. However the fact is, the abusive tenant has been evicted and we are in process of getting the property fully refurbished, at no cost to the owners. Being an experienced landlord yourself you must be aware that you cannot just tear up a contract and kick people out. In this country we have due process to go through which takes time. Surprised you don't know that! Anyway, I hope you now well informed and suggest that before you write such derogatory things about us you know your facts! Which in this occasion you clearly do not! Wouldn't let Ellis & Co manage my property. I can only agree with what Mr Williams has stated, I am a resident of this particular road and have been for more than 10 years, everyone knows each other by a first name basis and we had a great great community bond, however due to the tenants that Ellis and co have put into this particular property this has shattered the community atmosphere. I am sure Ellis and Co are aware of the residential frustration caused by these tenets and have not once shown up to apologized or to resolve things for us. There is a petition that will be released to show our frustration towards yourself. I understand people would want to have a party on the weekends, special occasions etc but everyday is ridiculous. Spilling out onto the main road, sitting on peoples front gardens, shouting loudly all night (10pm-6am) heavily intoxicated, trashing the road. Recently a neighbor's car was damaged due to the tenets that Ellis and co have inserted into the property, These tenets have been a nightmare to live around, Honestly Ellis and co should vet there tenets and also look at the area they are insetting these tenets. I don't think this is the case and honestly Ellis and Co should think about residents that had to live with these nightmare of tenets. I don't normally leave a review on local businesses however I have taken my time out to leave a honest review of my experience and need the local residents of wembley to be aware of such a shady business that is operating.

Dear Ms. Patel, as explained to Mr. Williams, we have been actively trying to get these tenants out but as you are not aware the process is a long one. this country does not allow an agent/landlord just to kick people out. If you wish to raise a petition i suggest you raise one against the government who allow this sort of thing to happen. They make the laws and it's people like you and me that have to live by them! However the good news is the abusive tenant is out and we are in the process of getting the property rectified and getting your community back to the way it was! We are obviously regretful what tenants behaved like and are apologetic that they have caused disruption in the community which was never our intention. However we rent to this organisation on more than one property and in the 5 years we have been dealing with them this is the first time we have had an issue. Saying that it does not make it right. Baffling administration from such a built up organization, there isn't justification for leasing your property to such an irritation occupier and as a result making the local residence suffer. I am a working class family man and I don't value staying alert throughout the night because of these occupiers. It is a disgrace that you wouldn't mediate and instructed your occupiers on the most proficient attitude to be adjusted yet you couldn't as you never gone to the property? As a letting specialist you should hold your heads in disgrace and concede because of your carelessness you have shown. With respect to your other reaction I can see that you have expressed that you will resolve the repairs of the property, anyway I can affirm this is mistaken data. Deepak kindly don't attempt and trick the public that your foundation is repairing the house for the landowner. This is false data. What is respectable data that you can get direct I recommend, going by the street that you housed these people and inquire as to whether there is any hatred towards Ellis and co, I am certain you would find your answer. At long last you expressed in another reaction you worked with this 'association beforehand and has no issues' no with standing the proprietor gave you the property to let out, they have an agreement with you, you are responsible. You let it out you deal with it. Dear Mr Akhtar, Firstly, we have already apologised enough times for a situation that was not actually within our control. Secondly, we do not need your advice on how to do our jobs – we manage a very large portfolio of properties and we can confidently say that our landlords are happy with our service, as you can see from the other 100+ Google reviews. What is disgraceful is the fact that yourself and some other residents on your road are purposely trying to harm our reputation without knowing all the facts and all the circumstances of this tenancy. I’m not quite sure what gives you the right to claim that we are tricking the public in saying that we are organising the refurbishment of the house for the landlord, but I would like to request you to refrain from making such accusations and to get your facts right. The public should also be informed that this was a 3 year tenancy (it started in April 2015) and regular inspections were carried out during the first two years. We only started having issues with the residents in the last 10-12 months and we were not able to get access into the property since then. The police were aware of the problems, we had 3 complaints from neighbours during all this times and we explained each time that we are aware of the unfortunate situation and that the eviction procedure had started. But the process takes time and we couldn’t just get rid of the tenants overnight. I’m sorry you chose not to understand this and I would perhaps be inclined to suggest that a more productive use of your time would be to educate yourself in terms of the current legislation in this respect rather than write such defamatory and unfair reviews about our company. They Do Not Look At The House And Now The House Is Broken. I Will Tell All My European Friends Not To Rent From This Company And If Anyone Want To Trust This Company I Don't Trust Them With My Dog Never My House. My 3 Children And Wife Could Not Sleep Because Of The People You Rent This House To. My House Is More Than 10 Houses Up From The House You Give These People And So Much Noise Really. You Are Not Nice And I Will Hope You Learn That We Are Working People Who Want To Have A Nice Quiet Road, No Fighting, No Car Attack, No Drinking On Road, No Swearing. Dear Madam, We never said it was OK for anyone to live the way they have and if you had read my previous response properly you would have seen that we have done everything that was within our control to rectify the situation and to get the tenants evicted. I appreciate that your words come from anger and frustration, but your advice seems to be that we should have disregarded all legal compliance and kick the tenants out as soon as the neighbours clicked their fingers. The police and local authority have not managed to do that despite the several complaints they received, so what makes you think that us as letting agents have any right to do that? You’re blaming us for housing these people, but you fail to acknowledge the fact that they caused no issues during the first two years of the tenancy and their behaviour afterwards was unpredictable.
