Speaker as a renter, I can say that my experience has been straightforward. Also having messaged them a few times they've always responded to me. In the rare instance I needed something, they've been very fair and helpful when sorting out anything I've raised. Good customer service is genuinely hard to find these days but I can say I'm very pleased with their professionalism and helpfulness.
