Have dealt with Rosie, and do not have enough praise for her. Rosie is polite, professional and everything one would expect from an organisation such as Belvoir. Her knowledge of the legal requirement of the rental sector is second to none. In addition to this she has the ability to really connect with her customer, be they Landlord or potential tenant, understand what they are looking for, thereby placing the right person in the right property, making the rental period trouble free. When a property becomes vacant, Rosie is my go-to person. She finds suitable prospective tenants, efficiently passes them through the vetting process, while, keeping everybody informed and up-to-date. I know this is what a letting agent is supposed to do, but Rosie actually DOES this, and does it very well.

I would highly recommend Belvoir for any landlord looking to rent their property. Not every tenancy can run smoothly but Davinder and his team have been brilliant, any questions i have had i have been able to get hold of Davinder or any of the management with ease. The maintenance team are great at getting back to you, giving you updates and feedback at every stage. Start to finish you could not ask for a better agent.
