In addition to this she has the ability to really connect with her customer, be they Landlord or potential tenant, understand what they are looking for, thereby placing the right person in the right property, making the rental period trouble free. When a property becomes vacant, Rosie is my go-to person. She finds suitable prospective tenants, efficiently passes them through the vetting process, while, keeping everybody informed and up-to-date. I know this is what a letting agent is supposed to do, but Rosie actually DOES this, and does it very well.
