They’re very happy to increase and collect rent, but, very reluctant to take responsibility for any essential repairs that needs doing. Their communications with tenants is very condescending and demeaning. Avoid using their services.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

We have assigned a roofer and electrician to contact you to resolve both issues of the garage roof and the extractor. They will make contact with you today. Any problems do text or email me. Once again sorry if this has taken longer than expected. 1002am Sunday 21st November. I have checked and can see that you have three maintenance issues outstanding. We can resolve all of them if you can send me the model of the extractor fan and give me a time to resolve the garage issue. The bathroom tiling is a larger outlay in costs and the landlord will not consider it yet. I can get the contractor out in the 24 hours. Please come back to me. 9am Sunday 21st Nov.
