I've used Belvoir for both rental and lettings and so dealt with many of the staff in the Welwyn office. I have found each and every one of them to be friendly and professional. Now we've just completed on the sale of a probate property with tenant in situ. Throughout some stressful periods Belvoir have been at all times reassuring and calm and given good advice.
