Lots of viewing appointments arranged, all confirmed by text/email, they undertook all viewings on our behalf as the property was empty and fed back comments after each viewing. We lost 2 buyers and they were immediately back on the case to get a sale. Achieved a sale for us at a much higher price than expected. We have sold several properties over the years but can honestly say that Ben and Jo are the best estate agents we have ever dealt with. Professional, helpful, good communication and really nice guys.
